After a few years of "Buy and Hold" in traditional investing, an unassuming colleague referred me to Online Trading Academy .
We attended a free workshop, and later went on to a three day class. After a few very successful options trades, sure enough getting further and further from the rules, the discipline, and most importantly money management I had had it with options, and had become jaded by losses on Wall Street.
A few years ago, I heard blurbs about Bitcoin, but really didn't understand it AT ALL! Just only last year after asking people I knew if it was actually worth anything or was it just internet play money exchanged between "internet nerds" for even more things I didn't understand. Then I watched "At The Speed of Money" My mind was so totally blown by the implications of what was being said that I couldn't finish watching, but I knew that I had to start learning more about Bitcoin.
The first bitcoin transaction between my wallet and the Bitcoin Network took place Dec 26, 2016 for just over $5 US and it took
TWO WEEKS to reach my wallet address.
So much has changed since then, especially network latency and now confirmations vary from exchange to exchange. Mainstream adoption is coming in the next few years. The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance is evidence of Wall St. getting in early.
